These terms cover your use of the website at thingamatronics.com. They do not license any software.

OPC Telescope is licensed under the End User License Agreement at https://thingamatronics.com/eula. Where these terms and that agreement both speak to the software, the agreement controls.

Using the site

You may read the pages, send a message, and join a list. The forms are optional. A list signup is not an account. This site does not create a login for you.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to send someone else's address through a form, or to interfere with the service. We limit how often an address can submit a form. We can refuse a request that tries to overload the service.

What you send us

You are responsible for what you submit. Do not send information you are not allowed to share. We use a contact message to reply. The privacy policy says what we store: https://thingamatronics.com/privacy.

Our material

The text, product names, and logos on this site belong to Thingamatronics or its licensors. You may link to the public pages. You may not copy the site into a competing product, and you may not remove a proprietary notice.

The site is as is

The site is provided as is and as available. A page can be wrong, and it can change. A product description is not a promise that a feature will ship, or that it will ship on a particular date.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thingamatronics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site, or your inability to use it. Our total liability for a claim about the site will not exceed the amount you paid us to use the site. Use of this website is free unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they apply only to the extent the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the update. A software license you already accepted changes only in the way that license describes.
